Joco Botanicals products are final sale and not returnable. Unfortunately, due to the nature of handmade beauty products, items cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Our company prides itself on creating and delivering a quality product as professionally as we can possibly do so.
What if my package arrived damaged?
Call us right away or shoot us an email and our customer service department will happily assist you (407-489-7443) or firstname.lastname@example.org). It’s unlikely, but possible, that a jar might leak or your package may get damaged during shipment, but we're here to help! Please be sure to contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. To expedite the replacement process, please send along a picture of your damaged package.
Under normal circumstances, orders will ship within 2-3 business days. If the product is out of stock, please allow additional time for shipping. Please note that this is the time it takes for your order to leave our store, not the amount of time it takes to be delivered to your door. You will receive an email when your order ships out with tracking information.
Sales Tax As required, JOCO BOTANICALS collects sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses.
